Automatic Cleaning Dust Extraction Unit
The HIPPO dust box is a high capacity self cleaning dust extraction unit, and is available in various configurations, namely:-

• Mobile unit
• Floor mounted
• Wall mounted

Fitted with motorised automatic cleaning. Electrically operated -compressed air not required.

Features:
• Self-cleaning air filter. During the cleaning cycle (energised by a switch) the cartridge filter is rotated and dust is dislodged by tensioned pads - dust is collected in a pull out drawer at the base.
• Returns cleaned air to the workshop (except hazardous materials subject to special restrictions).
• Silencers available for low noise level applications.
• Quick release bin for dust storage at the base available in lieu of pull out drawer.
• Designed to work in conjunction with the Horizon SMOG-RAMBLER flexible self supporting dust extraction arms or interconnecting ductwork/hoods and canopies.
• Powerful suction (2000 m3/hr maximum).

Options:
• Can be supplied with 2, 3 or 4m long SMOG-RAMBLER dust extraction arm
• Optional add-on activated carbon gas filter available for odour reduction
• The standard unit includes motorised fully automatic self cleaning. At a lower cost, the unit can be provided with a crank handle for manual rotation.
